Your Initial Facial Rejuvenation & Cosmetic Acupuncture Appointment
Your first appointment begins with a comprehensive intake where we’ll discuss your skin goals, areas you’d like to focus on, and any underlying factors that may be contributing to your concerns. Using a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) approach, I’ll tailor your treatment to support both your skin and your overall well-being.
We’ll begin with body acupuncture to help ground and regulate the body, support healthy circulation, and nourish the Blood, while addressing any other underlying imbalances that may arise during your intake.
Next, I’ll place ultra-fine acupuncture needles in the face, focusing on areas that need extra support. Facial acupuncture aims to stimulate local circulation and support the skin’s natural renewal processes, helping promote a refreshed, healthy-looking complexion.
We’ll finish with moving facial cupping, a gentle technique that glides across the skin to encourage circulation and lymphatic flow while helping to sculpt and define the appearance of the face.

Consistency is key when it comes to achieving and maintaining results with facial rejuvenation acupuncture. After your initial appointment, I generally recommend a series of 6–8 weekly follow-up treatments, each lasting 60 minutes, to help build on your results and support your skin’s natural radiance.
Once your initial series is complete, monthly maintenance appointments can help you maintain your results and keep your skin looking refreshed and vibrant.
And when you feel like your skin could use a little extra love or a seasonal refresh, you can always book a few weekly treatments for a little facial rejuvenation tune-up and extra zhuzh!
